Overall

Let's be honest, Zicam is one of the biggest names in the game, with their homeopathic rapid melt lozenges in the cabinets of moms everywhere. They practically fuel the winter months, and we love that they came out with a gummy (obvs).

Effectiveness

These pack in their familiar ingredients: Zincum aceticum and Zincum gluconicum. But unlike the lozenges, these also come with Sambucus Nigra (aka Elderberry!)

Tastiness

Now this is where things might get polarizing. We personally love the weirdness of how much this tastes like Vicks VapoRub. The menthol factor totally dominates the fruity Elderberry flavor. We understand if you hate it. We think it's kinda everything.

Bang For Buck

Zicam is cheap. We're not gonna mince words. Considering they're also sold pretty much everywhere, this is about as affordable and accessible as it gets.
