These are fine. Sadly I can only compare them to my favorite Olly women’s multi, the now-discontinued Super Foods multi. I get why it was discontinued. They tasted gross. But if you read the ingredients, they were chock full of so many veggies and superfoods, it felt like you were consuming actual health.

A decent multi gummy with a solid ingredients list, but none of the potent effects or high quality ingredients that come from other multi gummies
Overall
We love the ingredients list here, with the addition of beauty gummy staples Biotin and Folic Acid, but considering these aren't organic, vegan or particularly delicious, we'll stick to Garden of Life or SmartyPants when it comes to the all-important multi in our vitamin routine.
Effectiveness
While some users report nail growth from ingredients with Biotin, we didn't notice much of anything while taking these.
Tastiness
Olly always delivers great tasting gummies, but these are pretty run of the mill flavor-wise, a generic berry. The internet is also not a fan of the harsh aftertaste that comes from the B Vitamins.
Bang For Buck
Definitely a budget friendly option if you're looking for a multivitamin in a gummy. This is probably the most appealing feature.

Smarty Pants Organic Women's Formula offers classic multivitamin goodness with a few added surprises: Flaxseed Oil, Inositol and even Biotin!
Overall
This is a thoughtful creation, and we love that it's organic! The Women's Formula is a thorough and comprehensive list of everything you need on a daily basis. Plus all Smarty Pants vitamins are third party tested. What's not to love?
Effectiveness
This ingredient roster is a Who's Who of multi vitamin essentials: From Vitamin A to Zinc, and even Vitamin K to help absorb that Vitamin D.
Tastiness
Smart Pants consistently delivers a rich, ripe fruity experience in a variety of flavors and colors. Here we have gumdrop shaped multis in three flavors: raspberry, lemon lime and grape!
Bang For Buck
These are some of the pricier multis we've seen. There are cheaper organic offerings, like mykind organics, but we do think Smarty Pants is #worthit.

Ten adaptogenic mushrooms packed into a delicious vegan raspberry gummy, regenerative agriculture + carbon neutral, made by a company guided by doctors & the healing power of plants? Be still our hearts.
Effectiveness
Since these contain a proprietary blend, it's a little hard to gauge how much of each mushroom is in each serving. But overall these contain 2500mg of mushroom blend per serving, which is twice as much as some other major brands' capsules!
Tastiness
You might expect a mushroom gummy to taste pretty funky, but these are actually pretty mild. The raspberry flavor is rich and there's a slight herbal earthiness.
Bang For Buck
These are a little more expensive than other gummy vitamins, but actually cheaper per dose than a lot of mushroom capsules out there. Plus you get a discount when you order more than one jar!
