We're melatonin junkies, so we weren't sure if these would do much for us. But actually, that Valerian knocks us right out.

Good-enough raspberry flavor: nothing special but nothing terrible either.

Charlotte's Web's reputation precedes them as longtime purveyors of quality hemp products. We love that they've combined the power of CBD with the magic of melatonin to bring you an epic night's sleep.
Effectiveness
These aren't the heaviest doses of melatonin or CBD. Per two gummies, you get 20 mg of CBD and 3 mg of melatonin. But this is perfectly effective. We've even had some grogginess. These gummies don’t mess around.
Tastiness
Earthy terpenes complement the rich, ripe raspberry perfectly. These taste like they were plucked from the lushest raspberry CBD garden of your dreams (that you're about to have).
Bang For Buck
Considering their high standards and quality products, Charlotte's Web is a great deal, comparable to lesser CBD brands. 🤫 Especially if you spring for the 90 count.

We love these, not only for the melatonin, but also for the l-theanine, valerian, 5-HTP and magnesium. We haven't seen these ingredients together in any other gummies, and they synergize to create a potent dream cocktail.
Effectiveness
Profoundly deep, restful sleep. Plus, the 5-HTP potentially provides a gentle mood boost throughout your day.
Tastiness
A bright berry flavor, not the most unique flavor out there, but still delicious.

We've actually noticed some results using Bamboo Extract as a vegan collagen booster. We'll give it more time to see if it maintains. Either way, immune boosting goodness + dewy skin is what are gummy dreams are made of.
Tastiness
This is ripe and juicy, just like all the delicious fruits it packs in. It's vaguely fruit roll-up, vaguely tropical, specifically very tasty.

All of Goli's gummies start at $19 (and get cheaper from there when you buy one of their bundles). Under $20 for a quality vegan gummy is always a steal in our book.

If Goli's Superfruits gummy wasn't enough Super for you, they've now got a Supergreens gummy that delivers the all-important (and sometimes woefully underconsumed!) GREENS. These target overall health, as well as immune, digestive and liver support.
Effectiveness
These are loaded with so much green goodness that it makes these worth a gander alone, and yet--that's not all! These also contain probiotics and a smattering of vitamins and minerals, in addition to those that come from the plant-based blend.
Tastiness
The tastiness factor totally hinges on whether or not you have fond associations with lime jello. And monk fruit. We find these to be delicious, personally.

Caffeine and B vitamins get the job done, and we love that these contain L-theanine, too. But why must our tongues go numb to enjoy such a gummy?
Effectiveness
Three gummies contain 60 mg of caffeine which does the trick, even if it means 8 mg of sugar. 50 mg of L-theanine keeps the jitters away, and a low key helping B vitamins keeps all systems humming along.
Tastiness
Olly brings the tropics here, and it's pretty delicious until your tongue momentarily goes numb. Olly's website claims that it's a "flavor component" that has a mild tingling effect to mask the caffeine's bitterness. 🧐 It fades quickly, but we don't love it.

In general, we love Megafood and their organic, non-GMO, vegan gummies with great ingredients. But the taste is pretty overwhelming, and ultimately the gummies lose us with the over-the-top mouthfeel and lingering yellow tongues.
Effectiveness
These are loaded with anti-inflammatory hits like Ginger and Turmeric, as well as carrots for a dash phytonutrients and black pepper for maximum absorption.
Tastiness
Turmeric! These linger on the tongue too long, both in sensation and yellow color. Combined with the black pepper, it's a bit too much and kinda makes your tongue feel numb.
Bang For Buck
For the quality and brand, these are a great price. That's the biggest appeal of these: accessible and affordable for a hefty amount of turmeric.
