Stopped our hair loss in its tracks. Only downside: If you color your hair, expect those roots to be coming in a little quicker than you’d like.
Effectiveness
Miracle workers, at least for us. These work better than other biotin gummies for hair growth: we suspect it has something to do with the addition of Fo-Ti and PABA.
Tastiness
Not the most original or interesting flavor, kind of an inoffensive, generic fruity candy.

A reasonable $26 for a month's supply, we consider these worth every penny.

One of the rare non-vegan Biotin gummies, these underwhelm, underperform, and taste weirdly gritty. Just no.
Overall
We love a beauty gummy, but this is not the one. Biotin gets a gelatin send-up rendering it non-vegan, these contain environmentally destructive palm oil for some reason, and we saw no noticeable effects.
Effectiveness
We had no results here with nail firmness, hair improvements, or skin elasticity. Vitamins E & C are nice to have, but overall we can't say these did much of anything.
Tastiness
Generic strawberry flavor and the texture is strangely gritty for a gelatin gummy. Like chewing a mystery blob.
Bang For Buck
These are not expensive, but considering how ineffective they are and the low quality of ingredients, they're still not worth the price.

SmartyPants is a brand we trust highly for quality, vegan, Non-GMO supplements. But this one delivers with some ingredients we hadn't seen before in an immunity gummy: Baker's Yeast & Probiotics, along with your classics like Vitamins C, D and Zinc.
Effectiveness
These are mild on the melatonin. The recommended two gummy dosage delivers just 2mg. But with the extra bit of L-theanine to lull you into slumber, these are a gentle and a great way to get some solid rest while the immunity boosters go to work!
Tastiness
Elderberry is strangely only a flavor here, not an ingredient. But we do love the juicy and tangy Elderberry flavor. Elderberry is the gift that keeps on giving.
Bang For Buck
We wish these were a little cheaper or that they came with a bigger supply. These aren't as affordable as Olly's Immunity Sleep, but they're vegan, high quality and, well, we love them, but they just go too darn quickly.

Surprisingly these don't taste like Saffron. But they do taste like your Hawaiian Fruit Punch from childhood, so it all works out.

Bee Propolis has really come through for us as a potent topical in the past, so we love that it's now available to us in gummy form. We do wish that this brand, however, was organic or non-GMO certified.
Effectiveness
This is touted as a great daily immune gummy that's science-backed, and we couldn't agree more: Echinacea, Elderberry, Vitamin C, and the (underutilized) Bee Propolis.
Tastiness
Tasty, but nothing to write home about. (Do people still use that phrase??) A solid berry that comes from natural raspberry flavoring.
Bang For Buck
This isn't the cheapest immunity gummy, but that said, there aren't many gummies with bee propolis. It's up to you whether or not you think the ingredient roster is worth it.

We never realized our sleep gummies were lacking, until we realized that Olly made one chock full of immunity boosters. Our only qualm is we wish these were vegan.
Effectiveness
Melatonin, L-theanine and Lemon got the sleep covered. And Echinacea, Elderberry, Zinc, Vitamin C and Selenium go to work while you do. Whew.
Tastiness
Olly is no slouch in the flavor department and this "Midnight Berry" is no exception. Lush and juicy, you can actually take it before midnight, too, if you're like us.

Laser Focus does exactly what it says. These have become staples for us, and are one of our all-time favorite gummies.
Effectiveness
These will get you in the zone, quickly, with vitamin B12, alpha-GPC, and ginseng. Olly's recommended serving is two gummies, but that's actually too much for us: we just take one at a time.
Tastiness
"Berry Tangy Tangerine" is a bright citrus that'll wake you up a little on its own. Olly has some of the best flavors in the gummy game, and this is no exception.

Ollys are always relatively affordable, and these are definitely worth keeping around for when you need to power through a slump.

*Well, these do have sucralose. And gelatin, le sigh. But that's about all there isn't to love about these really effective sleep gems.
Effectiveness
Two gummies contain 3 mg of melatonin, and that is our goldilocks sweet spot. But that's not all! They've brought the calming flower power as well: 4.25 mg each of Passion Flower of Chamomile Flower each and 4 mg of Lemon Balm Leaf.
Tastiness
The white peach and green tea is a surprising delicious flavor execution from a brand we didn't have high expectations for. We love this. 🤤

Olly is a master gummy vitamin crafter, and this is a great ingredient lineup. But we do prefer a gummy as essential as a multi to have organic, non-GMO ingredients without the gelatin. This is not the one.
Effectiveness
All the mainstays are here: Vitamins A, B, C, D, E + Zinc. There are some surprises too, like Selenium and Chromium. But our reason for the season is 1 Billion CFU of Probiotics, an easy way to probiotic while you multi.
Tastiness
The tropical twist here is nice, even if it's fighting a bit of multivitamin bitterness and minerality. The overall effect is still tasty, just not their best work.

You just can't beat Olly in the affordability department, and this is an easy, accessible way to get a solid multi.

These are beauty and elegance in a giant, pillowy gumdrop. The biggest gummies we've ever come across. The CBD experience is mild and you only get nine, so they're not our daily go-to, but they're worth the splurge at least once.
Effectiveness
These are pretty mellow. We don't get the biggest hit of calmness we've ever had, but if you like your cbd gentle, then these are a real treat.
Tastiness
These sugar-dusted gummies capture the marshmallowy joy and airy fruitiness of an actual gumdrop. These contain gelatin (i.e. Not Vegan), and the gelatin is so prominent it kind of feels like a third flavor.
Bang For Buck
We're not gonna lie: These are pricey. Especially when you consider you only get nine. But the box is so lovely and the quality is top notch, we think these make a great gift idea. It's a splurge and has more of a vibe than, say, wrapping up a cbdmd bottle.

Fish oil dominates as the go-to Omega supplement. But now we have a vegan gummy packed with your daily dose of Omega 3, 6, 7 and 9 derived from Organic Flaxseed and Seaberry.
Effectiveness
Balanced ratios of Omegas 3, 6, and 9, but the standout here is the omega-7, a relatively rare Omega that can take some effort to get on a vegan diet.
Tastiness
This is a super fresh and fruity flavor gummy, and it comes with three flavors in one: Peach, Mango and Apricot. A trifecta of stone fruits which harmonize well together. Certainly better than fish oil.

We live for a vegetarian Omega supplement, but wish they were a little more affordable for a monthly supply.
