An "eye care gummy" might sound a little niche, but with a delicious flowery strawberry taste and antioxidant carotenoids, these have been added to our permanent rotation
Effectiveness
These are a great way to make sure you're getting a solid supplemental dose of Lutein and Zeaxanthin
Tastiness
Earthy, rich strawberry with a floral (marigold?) finish. Maybe not everyone's cup o' carrots, but we like these a lot!
Bang For Buck
While you technically can get all the carotenoids you need from vegetables, it's estimated that very few people actually get as much as is in these gummies every day. We feel that it's worth it to pop a few of these on the reg.

Overall
These are the real deal. Moon cycles, beware. Not only do these lessen PMS symptoms, but they also lessen the severity of your actual period!
Effectiveness
Drastic improvement in mood and breast tenderness. They didn't help with our cramps so much, but a slightly easier time overall.
Tastiness
We honestly can't decide if we are more in love with the effects or the rich, molasses donut flavor. So good.
Bang For Buck
Take two a day for at least two months for full effects (1 bottle = 1 month). We love these, but our wallets want off the carousel at some point.
Update March 25 2021: While we did find Flo Vitamins to be effective, out of curiosity we recently tried Hum Nutrition’s Moody Bird for a cycle.
We found Moody Bird to be more effective than Flo, especially with regards to cramps.
Chasteberry and Dong Quai are the main ingredients in both Flo and the Moody Bird, but Moody Bird has a substantial amount more of both. So we’re guessing that’s the secret? Only downside is it’s not a gummy, but hey, whatever works!

Despite the Neocell provenance, these aren't one of Neocell's standout creations. We'll stick to their Beauty Bursts, which contain 2g of Collagen, versus the 100mg found here.
Effectiveness
We're not going to mince words: This Neocell product did not deliver compared to their other more collagen-loaded products. But these gummies contain Keratin, Bilberry and Vitamin C, which are great beauty boosting ingredients and we were excited to see them.
Tastiness
These are a no. The flavor is generically sweet, conjuring neither mango nor dragonfruit. Plus that weird chewiness. 😖
Bang For Buck
These are definitely an affordable option, but they also have a tiny amount of collagen. If you spend a few more bucks, you can get more collagen, and therefore, more results!

Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamins C & E are beauty power players. Plus HUM added Amla Fruit, a lesser-known antioxidant that's a cornerstone of traditional Ayurvedic medicine.
Effectiveness
Beauty comes from the inside out, and we love to know our skin is getting all the nutrients it needs. But are these more effective than topical products with the same ingredients? Hard to say. Depends on where you want your Hyaluronic Acid budget to go!
Tastiness
These are the most delicious of the HUM gummies. A bright and tangy tangerine that tastes like candy.
Bang For Buck
Considering there's no biotin, collagen or keratin, these are a little pricey for ingredients found in many supplements and skin care products.

We love the inventive and ambitious ingredient cocktail here, especially Sea Buckthorn: a superfood getting a lot of love these days as an anti-aging wonder berry.
Effectiveness
These are great as a beauty regimen addition (Hyaluronic Acid and Sea Buckthorn are worth beauty aids), but there's not much collagen, so don't expect va-va-voom results.
Tastiness
Olly always sticks the flavor landing. These are "Plump Berry" and plump indeed. Lush, rich, ripe. You can practically feel the juice dripping down your chin.

Flo's third bright orange donut-shaped gummy is super cute, but all business: each dose contains 3 g of chicory root prebiotic fiber for maximum benefits.
Effectiveness
These are so immediate and effective that we had to start with one per day! (Recommended dosage: two gummies per day, with the potential to work up to four for weight management benefits).
Tastiness
We knew Flo was gonna kill it on the flavor front, and they did kill it. The orange sorbet is so delicious it's hard not to want to eat them like candy.
Bang For Buck
These gummies are effective and unique and truly delectable, but on the higher end of the price spectrum. And without the subscription discount, it's hard to want to come back over and over again to buy a solo bottle.

We love these. We were honestly surprised at how noticeable the effects are! We didn't realize a calm gummy could work such magic.

The trifecta of GABA, l-theanine and Lemon Balm is potent and fast-acting. These fully deliver when it comes to combatting daily stress and crankiness. No drowsiness, so they can be taken any time of day.
Tastiness
"Berry Verbena" is tasty: fruity with a spa-like twist. These are some of our favorite Olly flavor concoctions, and they set the bar high.

Cute branding and an irresistibly tasty gummy sparks joy in an otherwise pretty crowded category of supplements.
Effectiveness
Nothing fancy, but solid doses of a classic trifecta: Elderberry, Zinc and Vitamin C, synergized into one adorable little ring-shaped gummy.
Tastiness
We were super impressed with their PMS gummy and didn't think it could get any better, but this Berry Lemonade flavor is a tart and tangy elixir in gummy form. We have to restrain ourselves from eating more than two.

While we kind of enjoyed eating these, it's hard to say that these are good for anything except loading up on vitamin C and corn syrup.
Effectiveness
Airborne's proprietary blend has been the subject of a class-action lawsuit and fines for false advertising, so don't expect much.
Tastiness
Sugary sweet and cartoonishly citrus-flavored, these became something of a guilty pleasure for us, but there's a slight medicinal taste that lingers in the background.

These are some of the cheaper immunity gummies out there, so if you're looking for a vitamin C gummy that won't break the bank: this is it.

Earthy, vegetal but sweet-ish apple taste that we (and most people) love, but can be polarizing.

Vegan, made with organic apple cider vinegar, and super delicious, these are a solid entry into a crowded ACV field.
Effectiveness
These have 500mg of ACV, which is pretty standard for ACV gummies; although Goli & Embody have more.
Tastiness
Crisp, cider-y, not super funky or potent. Some of the tastiest ACV gummies we've come across.

Cosmos Vita keeps things affordable, with prices about a dollar or two lower than most other ACV gummies.

We love Pacifica's bath and skincare lines, but these gummies leave something to be desired.
Effectiveness
These didn't do much for us. Compared to the glory that is Hum's Hair Sweet Hair, or even collagen gummies, we didn't notice anything dramatic, despite the fact that they have 5,000 mg of biotin and a healthy dose of vitamins C & E.
Tastiness
The taste is fine, but these gummies have a weird white dust that gives them a chalky flavor, which makes them a little unappealing.
Bang For Buck
There's no bang, really, but these are an affordable, vegan, and accessible way to add some biotin in your diet.
