Rapid calm and solid dose of magnesium in a sugary sweet gummy. Be forewarned: these are potent, so go easy on 'em!
Overall
Magnesium Citrate infuses your body with immediate calm. Perfect to take before bedtime, and/or making sure your bowels are regular the next day. Our only complaint is how much sugar there is!
Effectiveness
These are astonishingly powerful. Mega calm throughout the body. We find these gummies to be so effective that we only take half the recommended dosage.
Tastiness
This is the drawback for us. They are saccharine sweet and coated unnecessarily in a granular sugar that dominates. Why? Also these are so sticky they feel like they're going to pull your teeth out. Think Jujyfruits.

This gummy contains Sensoril Ashwagandha, known to promote restful sleep, and pairs with the queen amino of calm, L-theanine, to imbue you with max tranquility.
Effectiveness
Some gummies are subtle, but these might be too subtle for our preference. We want to be knocked over the head with Chill.
Tastiness
The Tart Cherry is rich and decadent. Totally matches the lush, mellow vibe of the Ashwa.
Bang For Buck
HUM is a bit pricier than the Goli Ashwa. And with the more understated experience here, we might reach for the cheaper option.

We love riding the ACV train these days, so we were ecstatic to see it paired with the "Mother" of supplement rages right now, Apple Cider Vinegar. Highline Wellness consistently churns out delicious and effective CBD gummies, so it seemed like a match made in heaven!
Effectiveness
Compared to other ACV gummies, this is a relatively low dosage: 200mg per gummy. We realize it's hard to pack in both the ACV and CBD, so we consider these a CBD gummy with benefits. Top-notch Highline Wellness CBD, though!
Tastiness
Oh, the sugar! We tend to love HW flavors, but these are by far the sweetest of HW gummies. We get trying to mask the pucker-inducing ACV, but we think the pendulum swung a bit too far in the other direction here.
Bang For Buck
HW is always comparable, but considering how little ACV you're getting per gummy, these might not be worth it. If you're looking for a CBD gummy with just a little something extra, this could be for you.

We really like Wyld, fine purveyor of CBD gummies and CBD sparkling waters. But we wish that the sugar coating didn't kill the Real Fruit vibe, and that the flat shape made more sense as a "gummy".

No fireworks here, but do we really need fireworks when we're looking for CBD? These give a lovely, subtle calm that's a goldilocks, just right in our book.
Tastiness
We love that Wyld uses real fruit from concentrate, but the sugar coating kinda overwhelms the fruit. The flavors themselves are good, just hard to detect beyond the sweetness.

Sorry, not sorry, we love this weird, little "medicated" gem

Let's be honest, Zicam is one of the biggest names in the game, with their homeopathic rapid melt lozenges in the cabinets of moms everywhere. They practically fuel the winter months, and we love that they came out with a gummy (obvs).
Effectiveness
These pack in their familiar ingredients: Zincum aceticum and Zincum gluconicum. But unlike the lozenges, these also come with Sambucus Nigra (aka Elderberry!)
Tastiness
Now this is where things might get polarizing. We personally love the weirdness of how much this tastes like Vicks VapoRub. The menthol factor totally dominates the fruity Elderberry flavor. We understand if you hate it. We think it's kinda everything.
Bang For Buck
Zicam is cheap. We're not gonna mince words. Considering they're also sold pretty much everywhere, this is about as affordable and accessible as it gets.
