These are fine. Sadly I can only compare them to my favorite Olly women’s multi, the now-discontinued Super Foods multi. I get why it was discontinued. They tasted gross. But if you read the ingredients, they were chock full of so many veggies and superfoods, it felt like you were consuming actual health. (RIP super foods multi.)
These feel like they were designed to taste good first, and it’s hard to notice a difference in your actual wellness.
But they do have some good ingredients: Biotin! Folic Acid! And while Olly is a heavy-hitter in the vitamin galaxy, this is just not one of their stand-outs for me. Coupled with the fact that this is a multi-vitamin that’s not GMO-free or organic, I’d look elsewhere, like the myKind Organics Women’s Multi or the SmartyPants Organics Women’s Multi.
