I have never had envious thick, horse mane hair. And as I’ve gotten older, my hair started thinning so much that I thought my only hope was something drastic, like Rogaine.
Maybe it didn’t appear terrible to the outside world, but even my boyfriend noticed that my hair was thinning, particularly around the temples. I even felt self-conscious about sporting a ponytail!

Biotin

Fo-Ti (Polygonum Multiflorum) is a popular Chinese herb, used for centuries as a longevity tonic to address a variety of ailments, running the gamut from high cholesterol and erectile disfunction to tinnitus! Talk about a jane of all trades. What can’t Fo-Ti do?
But one of the reasons it’s so beloved as a longevity aid is because it helps prevent premature graying and even supports retaining your natural color! Yes, please. While we’re regrowing our hair, let’s make sure we have that lustrous pigmentation, too!
PABA
PABA (an acronym for Para-aminobenzoic Acid) is also here to support that natural, god-given color. Studies have been done on people with gray hair, and after two to four months of ingesting PABA daily, 82% of takers had noticeable darkening of their hair.
No one is really sure exactly how it works, but PABA is purported to work in tandem with Folic Acid to prevent gray hair as well. So, if you guessed that these gummies also have a healthy dose of Folic Acid, you’re right!
