These are not a supplement, but they are the foundation of my mental and physical well-being.

With its effervescent sparkling water and large amounts of organic caffeine, Hiballs got me off of coffee for good. Plus no sugar, which gives it a clean, refreshing taste and effect.

I became a Hiball devotee around 2008 when I saw their adorable tiny glass bottles at Whole Foods. (Does anyone remember these? They went to tall glass bottles shortly thereafter, but they started in cute, round ones that I couldn’t resist.) I thought it was going to be a one-time purchase, succumbing to cute marketing and packaging. But honestly, one glass bottle and my life, and caffeine preferences, changed forever.

In short: these make you feel good. I don’t know if it’s the guarana, ginseng, caffeine, the plethora of B vitamins, or the magical combination of it all, but these set me straight even each day no matter how wrong the side of the bed I woke up on was.

I’m obsessed with these and there’s no other way to put it. Tens across the board. I have converted many people to these, so it’s probably best for you to just stop resisting and get on the Hiball bandwagon.

A life-giving, hydrating, B vitamin-rich nectar of the gods.
You can’t get them outside the US, and I have to pack my suitcases full of them when I travel abroad. I firmly believe they should be in every airport. Air travel needs more hydrating caffeine.
