mykind OrganicsOrganic Apple Cider Vinegar Gummiesreview

Possibly the most delicious and most organic Apple Cider Vinegar gummies out there, but how much ACV is in them? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Overall

We love (almost) everything about these: they're organic, they're delicious, and they're packed with real fruit. But that fruit is mixed with the ACV in a proprietary blend, so who knows how much you're actually getting.

Effectiveness

Because we can't say for sure how much ACV is in these, it's impossible to compare them to other ACV gummies.

Tastiness

These taste exactly like what they are: a chewy blend of organic fruits with a little tanginess from the Apple Cider Vinegar. Mouth-watering, honestly.

Bang For Buck

These cost maybe a dollar or two more than other ACV gummies, but they're high quality & organic. We just wish we knew how much ACV "bang" you're really getting for your buck.

We personally try and independently review every product featured on this site.

Along with everyone and their Mother (lol, that’s an apple cider vinegar joke. Read our ACV blog if you want to get in on it. We promise it’s not as lame as our jokes!) is on the ACV train these days, and there are more apple cider vinegar gummies out there than we can keep up with.

Although we’re trying valiantly!

And almost as if to taunt our efforts, Garden of Life/mykind Organics debuted four different Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies at the same time! Four. We haven’t sampled the full quartet yet, so we decided our first foray into these new offerings should be their basic ACV gummy.

The others (which all sound great!) are Probiotic, Energy & Diet. We’ll be trying those soon, so check back for more glorious ACV content, which appears to be never-ending on our end. 🥵

myKind Organics

As we’ve mentioned before, myKind Organics is the Alicia Silverstone plot in Garden of Life’s vitamin orchard, and while we don’t necessarily need a celeb’s signature on our gummies, we do appreciate when someone is willing to put their actual name on a product (we’re looking at you, Dr. Perlmutter).

Plus, Alicia is a long-time, notorious vegan championing a healthy, all-natural lifestyle, so we know that she doesn’t mess around. These are the real deal.

And of all the various ACV gummies around, these are the ones that are actually certified USDA organic, unrefined and fermented, just the way The Mother intended.

Let’s check out the label, shall we?

Ingredients

In contrast to most of the other ACV gummies out there, the myKind Organics ACV gummies contain something they call an “Apple Cider Vinegar Fruit Blend,” instead of just straight-up Apple Cider Vinegar.

And there’s quite the laundry list of natural wonders!  This “blend” indeed sounds plucked straight from the garden of life:

In addition to Apple Cider Vinegar, there’s also strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, tart cherry, elderberry, cranberry, and lemon juice (all organic!).

These also contain 6 micrograms of whole food B12 (from Saccharomyces cerevisiae, a form of brewer’s yeast).  Why ACV + B12?  We’re not sure, except that B12 is one of those all-important supplements for vegans, so Alicia might’ve just thrown it in here for good measure.

Dosage

One of these gummies contains 500 mg of their Apple Cider Vinegar Fruit Blend.  For comparison, one of Goli’s ACV gummies contain 500mg of ACV.

But here’s the bugaboo: because it’s a proprietary blend, we can’t be sure how much of that 500 mg is apple cider vinegar, versus, say, strawberry, or elderberry.

The bottle has the words “Traceable Purity” emblazoned across it. The purity may be traceable, but not the amount of cranberry.

Basically, we can’t make any kind of direct, apples to apples comparison. (See what we did there?)

Which is a bummer, because when we’re talking about gummies, we’re dealing with dehydrated Apple Cider Vinegar. That already makes it hard to know what the equivalent in liquid ACV might be, and when you throw in a bunch of other fruits, well, who knows how much you’re getting when you take these.

But these are delicious.

Tasting Notes

We personally have the “tart and tangy” type of palate that loves any and all ACV gummies (an ACV shot, not so much).

And while most of the brands out there making ACV gummies have perfected the balance of tart and sweet with relatively minimal amounts of sugar (these myKind Organics gummies contain 2 mg of sugar per gummy), these gummies take it over the top by tasting like actual organic fruit chews.

You can even see little seeds in the gummies, as if they were plucked from a gummy bramble bush in Alicia’s backyard in sunny LA.

Final Thoughts

This one might be our favorite out of our ACV gummy rotation right now. It just feels the most like eating a real piece of fruit.

And even though we’re not entirely sure how much Apple Cider Vinegar we’re getting in here, let alone cranberry or tart cherry, we do kinda love that we’re getting more in this Apple Cider Vinegar gummy than just ACV.

It’s hard to believe this is their “plain” ACV gummy! We can’t wait to try the other ones!

When Highline Wellness announced that they were coming out with a new CBD “wellness” gummy, we racked our brains trying to figure out what it could be. They already have an Immunity Gummy (which we have yet to try, but stay tuned!). Could it be a multi? Turns out Highline Wellness tackled one of the […]

These are an easy way to incorporate ACV, a potent vinegar that is often difficult to stomach, quite literally!  The flavor is great, and they give you the results you are looking for, without the harsh side effects.

Embody burst into the gummy galaxy in the summer of 2020 with the “world’s first retinol gummy,” a brilliant move that changed the face of edible skincare and has been super successful since they launched, recently even getting picked up by Urban Outfitters. Embody teased a new drop early February and we were on the […]
